Extended Stay - Full Time Year Round
- Full Time Year Round: $550/month with 12 month agreement
Security Deposit $550 - Refunded when resident vacates the premises
Extended Stay - Seasonal (November 1 through April 30)
- Non-occupied $4260 - Maximum 6 months, RV is removed from site
- Occupied $4920 - Maximum 6 months, RV remains on site
- Security Deposit for Extended $820 -
Deposit refunded when resident vacates the premises permanently
NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED AFTER OCTOBER 1ST
All Rentals
- Application Fee - $50/person
- All rates are for 2 person occupancy - additional persons $10/person per night
- All rents INCLUDE water, sewer & garbage
- Extended Stays DO NOT include Electric
- Pet Deposit of $25/pet - refunded after approval of management
Rent is due on the 1st of the month - late fee of $25 will be charged after the 10th
Storage Rates
- $60/month for residents
- $75/month for non-residents
- $2/foot per month for units over 30'
